Why do I have to pay Employers NI?


Pay Hive has to pay all HMRC costs from the income received from the agency. The pay rate agreed with the agency incudes an uplift for Employer's NI and will be detailed within the Key Information Document.




What is the company margin deduction detailed on my payslip?


The company margin is a weekly deduction to cover the costs of processing and administering your weekly payment.

How do I register?


We will send you a link via email to complete your registration.


Our registration document can be completed on a mobile, tablet or computer and should take no longer than 5 minutes.

How do I know how much I am getting paid?


As soon as our payroll is processed on a Wednesday, we issue full payslips detailing the payment expected.


We do not issue SMS messages regarding payments as we believe the issuing of the payslip ensures you know as early as possible the exact payment processed so any payment queries can be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
